DAY

A specialty coffee and pro-plant cafe, with a wholesome and sustainable menu, priced fairly

KITCHEN

Our menu balances nutritious plant-based dishes, vegan and vegetarian, supplemented with carefully selected local meats, dairy and responsibly sourced fish, from local suppliers. We look for in-season, organic and locally grown produce from trusted wholesale suppliers.

We are proud to have won Muddy Stilettos Best Cafe in Kent 2021 and reached the final 5 for the last 4 years since! Please do VOTE FOR US for this year, it would be much appreciated!

WINE & BEER

The Bolney Estate has a fantastic quality English sparkling that is very close to the profile of a Moet. We work with Hennings, a local wine merchant to source great wines from further afield as Kent can’t really do a rich Argentinian Malbec!  Buying local is preferred but does not always make sense if the quality is not there.

The Westerham brewery has a wide range of excellent, sustainably-made and packaged craft beers. We have chosen two, their Bulldog Ale, and the Bohemian Pilsner.

SPECIALTY COFFEE

Our coffee is from individual farms and cooperatives. Expert tasters working for our green coffee suppliers travel extensively throughout the great coffee belt - from Colombia, Brazil, through Ethiopia and Kenya, to Sumatra, visiting the producers and working with farmers to find the highest possible quality green beans (for which we pay a premium price). We have a small-batch coffee roaster on site, and Keith also roasts at Chart Farm (aka Denver @Corban Coffee) on a beautiful Loring.

LOCAL HIGHLIGHT

Greensand Ridge has the quality. Possibly one of the greatest London Dry gins, distilled in Plaxtol
(by the man who, as a boy, used to jump the fence to play in the garden of the house where Keith now lives).
